You are responsible for paying the delivery charges when exchanging your package. When returning merchandise by post, please ensure that it is protected from damage.

Please note that we are not liable for lost merchandise during transit. To ensure successful return delivery, we recommend choosing a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

We are not responsible for merchandise returned due to an incorrect address provided during the order process or if there is no one available to receive the order upon arrival. In such cases, we will request shipment costs to resend the package.
